My Luxe Float-Mount Prints are produced using Lumachrome® printing technique, an archival photographic process created on premium transparency-based photo paper and designed for exceptional color fidelity and longevity—rated to last well over a century. This process delivers luminous color, fine detail, and a depth that feels immersive rather than flat.
Each Lumachrome print is face-mounted to TruLife® optically clear, anti-reflective acrylic, then float-mounted with a rigid backing and rear frame for a clean, modern presentation. When thoughtfully lit, light enters the acrylic and subtly refracts within it, creating a soft internal glow. The photograph appears almost illuminated from within, giving it a presence similar to a backlit display—yet entirely analog and archival.
