The Print
My framed Luxe acrylic prints are produced using the Lumachrome® printing technique, an archival photographic process created on premium transparency-based photo paper and designed for exceptional color fidelity and longevity—rated to last well over a century. This process delivers luminous color, fine detail, and a depth that feels immersive rather than flat.
Like my Luxe Acrylic Float-Mount Prints, these framed Luxe prints are face-mounted to TruLife® optically clear, anti-reflective acrylic for exceptional clarity and depth. When thoughtfully lit, light enters the acrylic and subtly refracts within it, creating a gentle internal glow. The image can feel almost illuminated from within—similar to a backlit display, yet entirely analog and archival.
Because this is a framed Luxe acrylic print, it does not include the 1.3-inch rear floating frame used on my float-mounted presentation. Instead, the piece is finished within a handcrafted frame, offering the same luminous print quality in a more traditional, refined format.
This visual depth and clarity are unique to acrylic face-mounted Lumachrome prints and are what set my Luxe Prints apart. The result is a finished piece with rich tonal depth, vibrant yet natural color, and a striking sense of dimension that draws you into the image rather than simply hanging on the wall.
TruLife® Acrylic
For the highest level of presentation and protection, I use museum-grade TruLife® acrylic in my premium fine art prints. Unlike standard acrylic, which can be reflective, dust-prone, and delicate to clean, TruLife® offers exceptional clarity, depth, and durability without the drawbacks.
Its anti-reflective, abrasion-resistant surface reveals vibrant color and fine detail with remarkable realism, while blocking up to 99% of UV rays. TruLife® also cleans like glass—no special acrylic cleaners required—making it both beautiful and practical. The Framing
For a refined, gallery-quality presentation, I offer a selection of Italian wood frames paired with linen liners that beautifully complement my Luxe acrylic prints. Framing with premium mouldings from Roma® Frames adds visual depth and scale to the artwork, increasing the overall dimensions by up to 12+ inches in both width and height, depending on the frame selected. Hanging and Display
The Luxe acrylic print with a float-mount is delivered to you ready to hang. Secured to the back of the frame is a heavy-duty hanging wire.
